The Wednesday Wanderer is produced by Zathena Ventures in Fort Worth, Texas. For anything on this page, email guests@zathenaventures.xyz.

Nothing is collected until you choose to send it. The places that ask:

• Guest applications: your name, email, what you do, where you're based, a short bio, what you'd talk about, why this show, links, an optional phone number and how you heard about us. If you book an intro call, the time you picked and your time zone go with it.
• Contact, question and topic forms, and the help button: your name, email and message.
• An account, if you make one: your email address, and anything you add to your profile (name, username, photo, bio, city and state).
• Favorites and playlists: which episodes you saved and the playlists you named.

Signing in here uses the same account as zathenaventures.xyz, zadan.xyz, michaelbisbell.com, zvlabs.xyz and zvmedia.xyz. Each site shows its own activity. Sign-in is by emailed link only; there are no passwords to leak. Your favorites and playlists are readable by you alone, not by staff.

To read and answer what you send, to schedule a guest call when you ask for one, and to keep your favorites and playlists between visits. We don't run ads, we don't run analytics or tracking scripts, and we never sell or rent anything you give us.

A few services do work on our behalf:

• Supabase hosts the database and the sign-in system.
• HostGator serves the website files.
• Our own mail server sends notification and sign-in emails.
• Guest intro calls go through Zathena Ventures' booking system, which checks ZADAN's Google Calendar for free times.
• Episode audio streams from the show's podcast host (Spotify for Creators, formerly Anchor), so your browser requests the audio file from them when you press play.
• Episode artwork images load from YouTube's image server. A YouTube video only loads, through youtube-nocookie.com, after you press "Watch the video".
• The site's fonts load from Google Fonts.

Those last three see your IP address and browser details the way any web request does. They don't receive anything you type into this site.

Form messages and guest applications stay until they're dealt with and then as long as they're useful for follow-up, never longer than two years. Account data stays until you delete the account or ask us to. Favorites and playlists go when you remove them or when the account goes.

Ask to see, correct, export or delete anything we hold about you by emailing guests@zathenaventures.xyz. We answer within 30 days. That applies wherever you live, including the rights California and EU residents have by law.

The site isn't aimed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
